Dalam projek ini, saya membangunkan sistem pengurusan kelas mengaji & aktiviti pelajar yang lengkap, merangkumi modul-modul seperti:
- Pendaftaran Penjaga & Pelajar – urus data pendaftaran dan maklumat asas
- Kursus & Jadual Bulanan – tetapkan kursus dan susun jadual kelas
- Yuran & Pembayaran – rekod bayaran, semakan baki dan laporan yuran
- Kehadiran Pelajar – tandaan kehadiran harian setiap kelas
- Kemajuan Bacaan – jejak surah atau muka surat terakhir pelajar
- Pengurusan Guru – simpan data guru dan tugasan kursus
- Acara & Aktiviti – urus penyertaan program seperti Hari Keluarga
- Peserta & Penganjur – modul khas untuk program komuniti
- Galeri / Album Gambar – simpan dan paparkan gambar acara
- Akaun Pengguna & Profil – kemas kini maklumat diri pengguna
- Tetapan Sistem & Admin – kawal konfigurasi, peranan & akses pentadbir
Projek ini dibangunkan sepenuhnya menggunakan Laravel dan CSS tersuai, dengan struktur modular serta kemas untuk kegunaan pusat pendidikan.
Problem
Managing Quran classes and community activities manually creates fragmented records across student registration, schedules, fee payments, attendance and learning progress.
The organization needed one system where administrators and teachers could manage operational information without relying on separate spreadsheets or manual records.
Technical decisions

Challenge
The system had to support several related users and workflows including administrators, teachers, guardians and students.
Information such as enrolment, classes, attendance, payments and Quran reading progress needed to remain connected while still being manageable as separate modules.
How I solved it
I divided the application into modules representing actual operational workflows rather than building one large generic administration system.
Guardian and student records provide the foundation for registration. Students can then be associated with courses and schedules, while attendance, payment information and reading progress are maintained separately.
Teacher management, events, galleries, user profiles and administrative settings were added as independent modules sharing the same application and data structure.

Outcome
The completed system provides a centralized platform for managing Quran classes and community activities.
Administrators can manage operational records in one application, while student attendance, payments and Quran-learning progress can be tracked more systematically over time.
